We have discovered an issue with the Check In function in Multiple Transactions. When you click Accept in the Check In screen, the screen does not change.

This also occurs when you are scanning checks via Scan Checks in the Multiple Transactions Check In screen.

Workaround: When you finish completing the check information in the Check In screen, click Accept. Then click Cancel to submit the check information. The Multiple Transaction screen appears as if you had clicked Accept. From there, you can finish the transaction as you normally would.

Update --> This situation can be fixed by De-activating and Activating from the CAMS-ii server. This requires that all Tellers sign off prior to De-activation. Otherwise, the issue should be fixed after batch processing this evening, February 19, 2010.
