Loan Processing Procedural Error

We have received notification from some of the credit unions of a Major Error (#911) appearing when they click Check In from the Multiple Transactions Quick Offset menu after making the Loan Payment.

This does not occur if the check-in is done before the loan payment and not for those credit unions that are licensed for Check Scanning.

CBS recommends that you always account for cash/check/transfer before you click Loan Payment in the Multiple Transactions menu.

This evening, CBS will be sending a fix program this evening to those credit unions that have identified this problem.
