Take Action Before March Quarter-End Processing

Because of some changes that have been made in CAMS-ii Release 2.3.0, you MUST rebuild your General Ledger AFTER CAMS-ii Release 2.3.0 is installed and BEFORE YOU RUN QUARTER-END PROCESSING.

CAMS-ii Release 2.3.0 will be installed by Monday, March 26, 2007.

Follow these instructions to rebuild the G/L Interface.

To redefine/rebuild the General Ledger Interface:

1. On the Level One menu, click G/L. The G/L > Transactions menu appears.
2. On the Level Two menu, click Systems Tasks. The Level Three System Tasks menu appears.
3. On the Level Three menu, click Interface to CAMS. The Accounting Interface Parameters screen appears.
4. Click Accept. The Level Four Interface to CAMS menu appears.
5. On the Level Four menu, click Redefine/Rebuild G/L Interface.
6. Click Accept. The Level Four Interface to CAMS menu appears.
7. Click Redefine/Rebuild Interface. The Master Password screen appears.
8. Type your credit union's master password. Click Accept.
9. As you progress through the various Redefine/Rebuild CAMS Interface screens, ensure that the correct G/L account numbers appear.
10. The first Redefine/Rebuild G/L Interface screen appears. Click Accept.
11. Click Accept through all of the screens until the Level Three System Tasks menu appears.
