Upgrading Microsoft® Internet Explorer®
When you upgrade your Microsoft Internet Explorer version or your workstation or receive a new workstation, you must ensure that it is configured correctly to operate in the CAMS-ii environment.
You will generally notice that the Internet Explorer is not configured correctly after an upgrade or when you receive an new workstation because you can no longer perform file transfers to and from the CAMS-ii server, and/or you receive messages that asking whether to accept a link or web screen because it has an ActiveX® component.
The CAMS-ii Help contains a document that you should print and read that can help you configure your Internet Explorer browser after you upgrade it. It can be found in the CAMS-ii Help at CAMS-ii How-To's > Back Office > Configuring Internet Explorer for CAMS-ii Workstations.
The "Configuring Internet Explorer for CAMS-ii Workstations" topic has links to a document for Internet Explorer version 6 and another document for Internet Explorer version 7 and 8.
Click the appropriate link for the Internet Explorer version running on your workstation and print the document using the printer icon on the PDF document's toolbar.
