CBS New Years Schedule/Revised Extended Support Hours

The CBS Support Center will extend its operations until 6:00 PM Eastern time, December 31, 2009, (Time revised from previous posting) and re-open at 7:30 AM Eastern time, January 4, 2010.

Of course, our after-hours support will be available during the New Years weekend to assist you with any issues.

While we do not anticipate any issues with your end-of-year processing, we recommend that you check your CAMS-ii system at sometime during the weekend (January 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, 2010) to insure that your end-of-year processing completed successfully.
