Locked Accounts Explanation

You have the ability to type an explanation or description when locking or freezing a member’s account. The explanation appears whenever a credit union staff member accesses a member’s account.

This is a standard feature that will be provided in the CAMS-ii Year-end Release. Read more on this topic in the Release Notice that will be provided with the installation of the release.
