Update for G/L System and International Debit Card Fee Issues

This weekend, we will update your CAMS-ii server to fix the issues with the Clear/Zero Budgets, Clear/Zero Comparatives, and Yearly and BBF features in G/L System Tasks (G/L > System Tasks).

The update also fixes issues with overcharges for the International Debit Card Fees (CTT#s 14509 and 14814).

These fixes will be in effect on Monday, January 6, 2020.
