CBS After Hours Service

Effective Monday, September 11, 2006, the process for receiving After-Hours Support has changed. You can now call 800-SKY-CAMS (800-759-2267) or (919) 920-9428. After-Hours is defined as anytime other than Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. When you call for support during After-Hours, you will be prompted to leave a voice message for issues that can be responded to on the next business day. Or, if you have an issue that requires immediate attention, you can elect to be transferred to an After-Hours Support Representative. Please restrict your calls to issues that are of an imminent / emergency nature. Thanks.
