**Important Update** to FedACH(R) ACH File Changes

Effective September 23, 2016, the Federal Reserve will increase the daily frequency of ACH files (Future Dated Items, Same-Day Items, and Return Items) delivery. For some credit unions, CBS will make the necessary changes to CAMS-ii to accommodate the new ACH delivery times.

How do the changes affect you?

You may need to update your internal procedures to retrieve and process ACH files more than once a day. Your ACH pickup times may change based on the new file availability changes.

1. If you currently retrieve your ACH Files via the CAMS-ii ACH Pickup/Delivery Service, or
2. If you currently retrieve your ACH Files from a corporate via CAMS-ii Automation.

Please notify CBS at support@camsbycbs.com of the times that your corporate will make ACH files available by August 27, 2016.

CBS will notify you of the times when the files will be available for pick-up as necessary.

3. If you currently retrieve your ACH Files directly from a corporate , you are responsible for contacting your corporate to determine when the ACH files will be available from them.

CBS does not need to know the download times and will not make any configuration changes to your system.
