Important Security Reminder

Unfortunately, unscrupulous people and organizations are constantly seeking personal and security-related information to use for hacking attempts and identity theft. Please be ever-vigilant about how you are transmitting your members' and your credit union's sensitive and personal information.

Regular email and their attachments to the emails are not secure. Always assume that putting information in a regular email is not secure, is open to the public, and is subject to disclosure to everyone, including identity thieves.

Please use only the CBS Issue Tracking System's Description section or its Attachments feature to transmit any member information, including names, account numbers, vendor passwords, credit card numbers, or credit reports.

Also, please attach copies of emails, faxes, and other correspondence that have been sent to you by third parties for CBS action/response using the Issue Tracking System. The CAMS-ii HELP provides instructions for attaching emails to the CBS issue Tracking System.

Remember, too, that unless specifically asked to send something to a CBS email address by CBS staff members, we cannot guarantee the timeliness of a reply to your inquiry. Sending emails to individual CBS support representatives does not guarantee a response because they may be away from the office.

Please use the CBS Issue Tracking System or other methods specified by your processor to transmit information to your Support Center.
