CBS Phones and Issue Tracking are Out-of-Order

Because of an unscheduled loss of power at CBS's main office, all of the CBS support and administrative phones are out of order. In addition, the CBS Issue Tracking System is unavailable.

The phones will be unavailable for an undetermined time, perhaps for the remainder of the afternoon.
