Issue Tracking System Tips (continued)

Listed here are some more tips in our continuing series about the CBS Issue Tracking System ...

  1. Please type your submissions in regular case, not all in upper-case letters
  2.  

  3. The Summary section should be be brief, like an e-mail subject, and not contain any member personal information. Submit specifics for an issue in the Description section.
  4.  

  5. Use the Attach tab to submit additional information about any issue. You can even copy and paste e-mail contents into a WordPad document and attach it instead of forwarding the information in an e-mail.

Using the CBS Issue Tracking System immediately communicates your issue, question, or request to the CBS Support Center. E-mails require additional processing and therefore additonal time.
