Issue Tracking Tips

Here are some tips for using the CBS Issue Tracking System effectively.

  1. If you are asking for a change or enhancement to CAMS-ii, please submit it as Issue Type 45- Request Software Enhancement. That way, the request immediately is recognized as an enhancement request and not a support issue, and it is considered faster.

  3. When you ask about the status of an enhancement request, please do not submit another issue. Open the issue for the enhancement, check the status in the Resolution section and if necessary, type your question in the Description section. If the issue is closed, please send an e-mail with your question to support@camsbycbs.com.
