IMPORTANT: Changing Forms for CUNA Mutual Group.

As we reported on this Message Center earlier on January 6, 2012, you will receive information to change some CUNA forms to comply with the CUNA Mutual's name change.

To assist with this change, soon after midnight February 1, 2012, we will place the changed forms on the CAMS-ii servers for the credit unions affected by this change.

IMPORTANT: Do not attempt to make these changes prior to February 1, 2012.

At the link below, you can access and print the instructions for the changes that you are responsible for making to activate the forms for CAMS-ii along with the names of the credit unions affected.
