Changes to the Issue Tracking System

We have made some changes to the Issue Tracking System to make it easier for you to communicate sensitive member information to us when it is necessary to define and/or resolve an issue.

You can now place personal information in the Description section, when the information is necessary to help define and/or resolve an issue, so you no longer need to add the information in a note or in an attachment to the issue.

Resolution updates and issue resolution emails will no longer include information from the Description and Resolution sections of an issue. You will be alerted that the resolution has changed or that the issue has been resolved. You must, then, log in to the Issue Tracking System and open the issue to read the update or resolution.

IMPORTANT: Do not place any personal information (member names, account numbers, card numbers, Internet Branching IDs, and so on) in the Summary section of the issue because it will be included in an unsecured email, and the information in it will be vulnerable to identity theft.

Please make Summary entries brief like the subject of an email and place the details in the Description section ... like the body of an email.

You still must attach newsletters in pdf format or any graphics to post to your Web site (not your Internet Branching site) and any other documents/screen captures to an issue.

Please address any questions about this topic to the Issue Tracking System.
