Year-End Processing Reminders

As soon as you return to your credit union after the New Year holiday--

+ Review the Year-End Batch Processing section of the 2011 Year-End Checklist in the CAMS-ii Help version 4.1.0 or click here to access this year's version of the Year-End Checklist.

+ If it appears that you have encountered any issues with the Year-End Batch Processing, please contact the CBS Support Center immediately.

+ Use the CBS Issue Tracking System to submit routine issues, making sure that you provide as much information about the issue as possible in the Description section.

+ While all questions are important, please limit routine questions that can be answered later in January without adversely affecting your credit union's operations.
