Issue Tracking System & Personal Information (Updated)

Please do not enter any personal information (debit/ATM/credit card numbers, account numbers, Internet Branching user IDs, member names, SSNs, or any other personal information) in the Summary or Description fields in the Issue Tracking System.

Please create a Wordpad, Notepad, or a PDF document containing the personal information and upload the document using the Attachments feature to CBS Support.

You can also use the Add Note feature to add information to an issue. In either case, please note in the Description field that you have attached information or included it in a Customer Note.

The Issue Tracking System uses unsecured emails to communicate with you. Anything entered into the Summary or Description fields of an issue will appear in an email. These emails can be intercepted and the information can be used by identity thieves.

The information contained in documents uploaded as attachments does not appear in emails.
