IMPORTANT: Please Read — Credit Union Action May Be Necessary

If you have NOT been using the G/L Automatic Closing feature in CAMS-ii -- in other words, not closing the G/L using the Periodic Closing button at G/L > System Tasks -- to close your CAMS-ii G/L, it is absolutely necessary that you contact CBS Support as soon as possible -- no later than December 20, 2011.

The CBS Support staff must perform some technical maintenance for those credit unions that DO NOT use G/L Automatic Closing. It is critical, therefore, that you contact CBS Support immediately, so we can schedule the maintenance.

Please contact CBS Support by entering an issue in the CBS Issue Tracking System with the words,Automatic Closing Maintenance, in the Summary section of the issue.
