ANNOUNCEMENT: Using the support@camsbycbs.com e-mail address has been replaced by the CBS Issue Tracking System EXCEPT when the CBS Issue Tracking System is unavailable or to request that CBS re-open an issue. You may be asked to re-submit an issue, question, or miscellaneous request to the CBS Issue Tracking System that you have sent to support@camsbycbs.com.

The CBS Issue Tracking System provides almost instantaneous, password-protected access directly to the CBS Support Center. It also provides a password-protected facility to upload information as an attachment to an issue.

E-mails must be re-directed and do not provide a password-protected method to communicate sensitive data. In addition, please do not use e-mail to communicate directly to a CBS Support Representative unless otherwise asked to by the Support Representative. CBS cannot guarantee that e-mails addressed to individual support representatives will be answered in a timely manner.

We encourage you to consult the CAMS-ii Help (search for Issue Tracking) for instructions for using the CBS Issue Tracking System, including how to submit issues and how to request access for new credit union staff members.
