Welcome to the CBS Message Center
The CBS Message Center provides you with up-to-the-minute news and information briefs directly from CBS. The primary function of the Message Center is to inform and draw attention to details about the CAMS-ii system that CBS believes that you should be aware of; however, it will not be used for back and forth discussion or help issues… these will be handled via the CBS Issue Tracking System. All CBS postings will be archived into a database that provides all users with easily accessible and helpful information about the CAMS-ii system.
Upon logging in to the CAMS-ii system, your computer will automatically display the most recent news posts from CBS. These posts will typically consist of Quick Tips for the CAMS-ii system, any Important Alerts or Notifications, Bug Updates and Fixes, Important Dates or Deadlines or Reminders and General Information from the CBS staff. Once you read the information, you can proceed to CAMS-ii as normal by simply clicking any of the Level One menu choices. Each time you return to the CAMS-ii Level One menu you can review the messages again by clicking the Access CBS Message Center link on the Level One Help menu, or you can access the Message Center directly from the CBS website. You also have the option to search within the Message Center for previous posts (e.g., an important message from May 1, 2006 regarding a bug notification, etc). Simply search for ‘bug’ or ‘bug fix’ by querying dates, subjects, or categories.
