Contacting CBS
The CBS Issue Tracking System provides a password-protected way to submit issues, questions, requests for CAMS-ii enhancements, requests for CBS Sales information, etc. to CBS. It's also a way to submit documents in a secured way to CBS.
It's the preferred method for submitting issues and other information to CBS. Please do not use the support@camsbycbs.com e-mail address unless you cannot access the CBS Issue Tracking System.
Likewise, you can contact CBS Sales and CBS Services using the CBS Issue Tracking System, or you can e-mail Sales@camsbycbs.com and cbsservices@camsbycbs.com, respectively, if the CBS Issue Tracking System is unavailable. The CAMS-ii Help topic, Contacting CBS Support, has contact information.
You can attach screen captures, PDF documents saved from the CAMS-ii DRM and e-mails, and other documents sent by other parties to issues in the CBS Issue Tracking System. Instructions for this process are available in the CAMS-ii Help.
E-mails are not secured and can be subjected to SPAM detection software that can divert e-mails to other software. This can delay your request to CBS. E-mails must also many times be submitted by CBS personnel to the CBS Issue Tracking System, which delays their processing.
Please help us serve you better by using the CBS Issue Tracking System. Thank you.
