Batch/Bulk Exceptions: We Need Your Help!

This is an opportunity to tell us which Batch/Bulk Exception Messages you can can live without... and which ones are absolutely necessary to your successful operations.

Some credit unions would like to see a better way to handle Batch/Bulk Exceptions in the Back Office Exceptions/Pendings. Currently, they expire after seven days so the list does not become too large.

We plan in a future release later this year, however, to pare down the types of messages that appear in the Batch/Bulk Exceptions in the Exceptions/Pendings and the Batch Exceptions Report to those that you feel are operationally necessary. Considering this, we would like to know which Batch/Bulk Exception Messages that you feel are necessary and unnecessary. The unnecessary Batch/Bulk Exception Messages will no longer appear on the system or in the Batch Exceptions Report.
