An Influx of CBS Issue Tracking E-mails

Some of you may have noticed that you have recently received a group of e-mails from the CBS Issue Tracking System. We discovered that the messaging function within the CBS Issue Tracking System was not functioning properly.

The e-mails are the result of clearing the message queue. We believe that we have fixed the problem.
