Member Information and Issue Tracking

The information that you enter in the Description and Summary fields of Issue Tracking is repeated in unsecured emails to you. To help protect your members' privacy, we recommend that you follow your credit union's privacy policy for sending names, account numbers, credit card numbers, and Internet Branching User IDs via unsecured emails.

Remember that an unsecured email can be intercepted by an unscrupulous person and can increase your members' risk of identity theft. If you must provide us personally identifying information, upload it to Issue Tracking as a separate attachment. Information included in attachments are not included in emails.

Sending emails to support@camsbycbs.com

So we can continue to focus our support efforts on the Issue Tracking System, please do not send initial emails to us concerning support issues ... if your credit union has access to the Issue Tracking System. We will ask you to resubmit your issue to the online Issue Tracking System.

If you have an emergency situation (server down, PC locked up, etc.), please call the CBS Support line as you always have.

Please respond via email to resolution emails generated by the Issue Tracking System and to emails requesting further information about your issue that are sent from support@camsbycbs.com.

Please do not email support issues to individual CBS associates. You will be asked to submit the issue to the online Issue Tracking System.

Thank you for cooperating with this key part of CBS' Customer Support Improvement Initiative. We appreciate how quickly you have embraced this new support system. It allows us to answer your questions more efficiently.

Please address any questions on this topic to the CBS Issue Tracking System
