You may have received one or more emails with the words updated resolution this morning from "Support at CBS." These may be emails that you have received previously.
We were running a test on our email response module for the Issue Tracking when the emails were accidentally generated.

Member Information and Issue Tracking
The information that you enter in the Description and Summary fields of Issue Tracking is repeated in unsecured emails to you. To help protect your members' privacy, we recommend that you follow your credit union's privacy policy for sending names, account numbers, credit card numbers, and Internet Branching User IDs via unsecured emails.
Remember that an unsecured email can be intercepted by an unscrupulous person and can increase your members' risk of identity theft. If you must provide us personally identifying information, upload it to Issue Tracking as a separate attachment. Information included in attachments are not included in emails.
