CAMS-ii Member Services Tip
The Email text box in the CAMS-ii Personal Data Maintenance is a key piece of information for you and your members. Why? Because...
It's how CAMS-ii communicates with your members who are registered for Internet Branching and eDocs with notices, transaction confirmations, member updates, and so forth. If the e-mail address is incorrect, your members may miss key information about their account.
What should I do?
- Inform your members to update you whenever their e-mall address changes.
- Make sure that you type the e-mail address in the correct format, for example: member@yourcu.com
- Whenever a member notifies you that they did not receive a transaction confirmation, statement availability notification, and so forth, ask them to check their e-mail software's SPAM folder.
- Confirm your member's correct e-mail address by having them provide it to you. If the e-mail address is different from what appears in CAMS-ii, change it only in accordance with your credit union's operating procedures to help prevent identity theft.

For example, please make sure that you specify exactly how you want us to handle no-mails.
Providing complete information should help us process your statements in a timely manner.
Thank you, CBS Services
