Update on Regulation Z Statement Requirements"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recently, we have received additional information about the new periodic member statement requirements mandated by the Federal Reserve to meet Regulation Z, beginning with July 1, 2010. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.camsbycbs.com\/PDF\/CUNA-MutualPeriodicStatementsforMFOEL.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Click here to access\/read the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Periodic Statements for Multi-featured, Open-end Lending\u00e2\u20ac\u009d <\/a>document from CUNA.<\/p>\n<p>The complexity and scope of these mandates require that our Development staff substantially reprogram the member statement processing module in CAMS-ii. While the scale of the reprogramming is considerable, we are diligently working to include these mandates in CAMS-ii as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n<p>With that in mind, we cannot guarantee that the updated member statement processing module will be ready by July 31, 2010 for the July 2010 member statements.
