The CAMS-ii version 3.4.0 release included many changes to the G\/L. With those changes, we have noted the following three tips:<\/p>\n
+ When you are trying to post in the G\/L, you may receive a message that you cannot post at that time. To reset the activity locks<\/i> to clear this: <\/p>\n
1. Confirm that no one else in the credit union is posting anything. + The G\/L General Journals Transaction page was limited to only 10 entries by CAMS-ii Release 3.4.0. To increase the minimum number of entries available to you:<\/i><\/p>\n 1. Go to Back Office > Standard > Parameters > CAMS-ii System Properties. \n2. Go to Back Office > Standard > Utilities > Reset Activity Locks<\/strong>.
\n3. Select the check boxes next to the activity you want to stop.
\n4. Click Accept<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
\n2. Scroll to the Ranges<\/b> category
\n3. Click the numbers_drop-down_qty<\/B> property name. A CAMS-ii System Properties screen appears for that property.
\n4. In the Property Value text box, type the number of entries that you want from drop-down lists.
\n5. Click Accept<\/b>.<\/p>\n
