If so, Credit Union staff with Internet Branching Admin privileges can now reset the answers so that members can re-enter their answers.<\/p>\n<p>Just log in to your Internet Branching site with Admin privileges. Go to Userid Administration , click the appropriate member's userid, and click Erase Security Questions. When the member logs back into the IB site, he\/she will be presented with the security question setup screens.
