The SUMMARY section of an issue should be brief, like the subject of an e-mail. The DESCRIPTION section of an issue should contain the details, explaining the who?, what?, when?, where?, why?, and how? concerning the issue.<\/p>\n<p>2. The SUMMARY section is reproduced in system e-mails from CBS Issue Tracking.  Because these e-mails are not secure and subject to identity theft by unscrupulous parties, <em>please do not include any personal identifying information -- account numbers of any kind, SSNs, member\/non-member names, credit\/debit\/ATM card numbers, etc. -- in the SUMMARY section<\/em>. <\/p>\n<p>Please place personal identifying information in the DESCRIPTION section, in the ACTIVITY NOTES, or as an ATTACHMENT to the issue. <\/p>\n<p>3. Please do not open a new issue to follow up an existing open or pending issue. Please type the follow-up information in the DESCRIPTION section of the existing open or pending issue. Follow-up e-mails to you contain handling instructions at the bottom.<\/p>\n<p>4.
