2. The SUMMARY section is reproduced in system e-mails from CBS Issue Tracking. Because these e-mails are not secure and subject to identity theft by unscrupulous parties, please do not include any personal identifying information -- account numbers of any kind, SSNs, member\/non-member names, credit\/debit\/ATM card numbers, etc. -- in the SUMMARY section<\/em>. <\/p>\n Please place personal identifying information in the DESCRIPTION section, in the ACTIVITY NOTES, or as an ATTACHMENT to the issue. <\/p>\n 3.
