If you want our automated fix, please contact CBS Support via the CBS Issue Tracking System and state that you want the automated fix.<\/li>\n<li><b> IMPORTANT: <\/b>If you make or have made any manual adjustments to correct <i>these<\/i> certificate out-of-balance conditions, you cannot use the automated fix.<\/li>\n<li>We will run the fix only for the credit unions that ask us to run it because we don't know whether you have adjusted the balance manually.\n<li>In Member Statements with certificates receiving dividends, the running transaction balance is correct, but the New Balance for certificates in the Summary section is incorrect. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have noted the following conditions with share certificates and IRA certificates: Certificate accounts where dividends are set to transfer to another account are reporting on the quarterly validation as out of balance.
