Please use only the CBS Issue Tracking System's Description section <\/b> or its Attachments feature to transmit any member information, including names, account numbers, vendor passwords, credit card numbers, or credit reports.<\/p>\n
Also, please attach copies of emails, faxes, and other correspondence that have been sent to you by third parties for CBS action\/response using the Issue Tracking System. The CAMS-ii HELP provides instructions for attaching emails to the CBS issue Tracking System.<\/p>\n
Remember, too, that unless specifically asked to send something to a CBS email address by CBS staff members, we cannot guarantee the timeliness of a reply to your inquiry. Sending emails to individual CBS support representatives does not guarantee a response because they may be away from the office.<\/p>\n
