The browser changes may interfere with a file transfer in CAMS-ii. <\/p>\n<p><b> Indicator: <\/b>If one day you are able to perform a file transfer between the PC and the CAMS-ii server, and the next day you cannot perform the same file transfer, this indicates that the Internet Explorer settings may have been changed by an update. .. especially if a Windows update occurred in the meantime.<\/p>\n<p><b> Possible Solution: <\/b> Go the the CAMS-ii Help topic, <i>Configuring Internet Explorer for CAMS-ii Workstations<\/i>, at CAMS-ii How-To's > Back Office. Click the link for the configuration instructions based on whether your PC uses Internet Explorer version 6 or version 7.
