It includes a new instruction sheet.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have uploaded your IRS Forms for printing to Palmetto Cooperative Services as cited in the our IRS Forms Letter, dated October 18, 2013, or if you have printed the forms in-house, there's one more process that you <b>must use <\/b> to archive the forms so that they'll appear in the Document Retrieval Manager and are available to eDocuments.<\/p>\n<p>This process archives <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ALL IRS forms<\/span> for edocs, eImages, etc. Recommend that ALL credit unions generate Laser Forms because this stores ALL docs in CAMS-ii, so you can print these forms from the Document Retrieval Manager. By generating laser forms you are saving the information for future retrieval and archiving needs.<\/p>\n<p>To <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">archive<\/span> the IRS forms only, you do not have to print the forms, just save them.<\/p>\n<p>Use this function to process IRS member information to print IRS forms, archive them, and prepare them for electronic delivery via SDDS\/eDocuments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #339933;\"><i><b>NOTE:<\/b> Make sure that you have run an IRS Forms Proof List and corrected any exceptions in IRS Forms Maintenance <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">BEFORE<\/span> you generate any IRS forms.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>The instructions for this process are available at the link below:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.camsbycbs.com\/PDF\/Archiving_IRS_Laser_Forms.pdf\"\"target=\"_blank\"><b>Click here to access and print the instructions.<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Please submit any questions about these instructions to your Support Center.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is an update from the previous posting about Archiving IRS Forms.
