  1. Please type your submissions in regular case, not all in upper-case letters<\/li>\n

     <\/p>\n

  2. The Summary section should be be brief, like an e-mail subject, and not contain any member personal information. Submit specifics for an issue in the Description section.<\/li>\n

     <\/p>\n

  3. Use the Attach tab to submit additional information about any issue. You can even copy and paste e-mail contents into a WordPad document and attach it instead of forwarding the information in an e-mail. \t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Using the CBS Issue Tracking System immediately communicates your issue, question, or request to the CBS Support Center. E-mails require additional processing and therefore additonal time. <\/p>\n
