What does this mean for Internet Branching users? This affects Internet Branching for members using Internet Explorer trying to display eDocuments.<\/p>\n
Workaround:<\/u> For CU members with this problem, one solution is to use a different browser. Firefox doesn't have a problem with this neither does Safari or Chrome.<\/p>\n
Another solution is to change the settings in Adobe to force the PDF to open in Adobe itself. To do that: Open Adobe, go to Edit > Preferences > Internet and clear the Display PDF in Browser<\/b> check box.<\/p>\n
What does this mean for CAMS-ii customers? We continue to recommend that you do not update Adobe Reader and that you set Adobe Reader not to auto update<\/b>. <\/p>\n
There is no fix yet from Adobe. <\/p>\n
