This affects Internet Branching for members using Internet Explorer trying to display eDocuments.<\/p>\n<p><u>Workaround:<\/u> For CU members with this problem, one solution is to use a different browser. Firefox doesn't have a problem with this neither does Safari or Chrome.<\/p>\n<p>Another solution is to change the settings in Adobe to force the PDF to open in Adobe itself. To do that: Open Adobe, go to Edit > Preferences > Internet and clear the <b>Display PDF in Browser<\/b> check box.<\/p>\n<p>What does this mean for CAMS-ii customers?
