The CBS Issue Tracking System provides almost instantaneous, password-protected access directly to the CBS Support Center. It also provides a password-protected facility to upload information as an attachment to an issue.<\/p>\n
E-mails must be re-directed and do not provide a password-protected method to communicate sensitive data. In addition, please do not use e-mail to communicate directly to a CBS Support Representative unless otherwise asked to by the Support Representative. CBS cannot guarantee that e-mails addressed to individual support representatives will be answered in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
We encourage you to consult the CAMS-ii Help (search for Issue Tracking) for instructions for using the CBS Issue Tracking System, including how to submit issues and how to request access for new credit union staff members.<\/p>\n
