It also allows you to view the status of your issues. Many of you have embraced it, using it to communicate with CBS concerning support and sales issues. As we continue to use the Issue Tracking System, we will post announcements, clarifications, and tips to help you use it to enhance your support experience.<\/p>\n<p>Whenever possible, CBS support representatives will respond to your questions\/issues via email. If the issue's complexity requires a phone call to resolve, a CBS Support representative will call you. Sometimes the email will point you to a solution in the CAMS-ii Help that has the answer to your inquiry\/issue. Also, CBS Support representatives may also send you an email to clarify an issue. Please provide as much information as possible in the Description section of the issue whenever you contact us. It will help us provide you with a timely, accurate answer. <\/p>\n<p>CBS intends that you use the Issue Tracking System as your primary means of communicating--instead of emails, phone, and fax whenever possible--with CBS Support concerning software and hardware issues, software bugs and program enhancements, and requests for Support and Sales information.<\/p>\n<p>As always, if you are experiencing an emergency that is preventing your credit union from operating or for a similar situation, please contact the CBS Support Line.<\/p>\n<p>If you have a login and password, you can access the Issue Tracking System from the Level One Help menu (Help > Access to the Issue Tracking System).
