Many times, this means that part of the anti-virus software, usually called Worm Protection or Active X Protection, is blocking the the transfer. You can deactivate the anti-virus software before you perform the transfer and reactivate it once you have completed the transfer. Usually, you can deactivate\/reactivate the anti-virus software by clicking on its icon in the system tray. Please consult the Help menu for the anti-virus software to learn more about deactivating\/reactivating. <\/p>\n<p>Many of the anti-virus packages have the ability to <em>permanently<\/em> turn the feature off; however, many of them turn the feature back on upon completion of their automatic updates.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any trouble deactivating the anti-virus software, please contact the support for your anti-virus software. CBS Support can provide only <em>limited <\/em>support via the CBS Issue Tracking System.
