(Help > Access Issue Tracking System)<\/p>\n<p>1. The Summary section should contain a BRIEF statement, like the subject of an e-mail. The detailed explanation belongs in the Description section.<\/p>\n<p>2. The Summary section cannot contain any personal identifying information (account numbers, card numbers, SSANs, names, etc.) because the Summary section is transmitted verbatim in an unsecured e-mail. This can expose your members to possible identity theft.<\/p>\n<p>3. The Description should contain the details of an issue: Who? What? When? Where? Why? How? You can also place personal identifying information here or in a customer note.<\/p>\n<p>4. The CBS Issue Tracking System can also handle attachments, so there's no need to send them via e-mail.  The CAMS-ii Help has instructions for submitting the contents of an e-mail with an attachment. The attachments are then submitted via a password-protected link.<\/p>\n<p>5. Please use the support@camsbycbs.com e-mail address only when CBS Issue Tracking is unavailable to you or to ask for a closed issue to be re-opened (Please state why it should be re-opened) ... unless otherwise asked to send it to that address by a CBS employee.  <\/p>\n<p>6. If an issue is open or pending, please do not open another issue to add information or send an e-mail about the open\/pending issue.
