Open the Document that you want to comment on.<br \/>\n3. Click the <strong>Volume ID<\/strong> column for the document to which you want to add a comment. The Archive Logged Views Maintenance screen appears.<br \/>\n4. Click the log entry. The text area for the comments appears.<br \/>\n5. Type the information in the Text Area. Click <strong>Save Changes<\/strong>.<br \/>\n6. A confirmation dialog appears. Click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<br \/>\n7.
