The Document Retrieval Manager (DRM) Multi-Print feature was added in the CAMS-ii version 3.3.0 release. DRM Multi-Print allows you to create a single PDF document from more than one PDF document produced in the DRM.<\/p>\n

How does this help me? <\/em> For example: You can select the same report produced over a five-day period, use the Find tool in the PDF document toolbar to find information concerning a member's account over that period.<\/p>\n

You can also save the document you created using DRM Multi-Print by clicking the PDF Save icon on the PDF toolbar, naming the document and saving it to a folder on you PC workstation. This saves you from returning to the DRM to find the documents and re-creating the same document. <\/p>\n

IMPORTANT:<\/b> You cannot print documents that are in landscape <\/em>orientation with documents that are in portrait<\/em> orientation in the same DRM Multi-Print session. <\/p>\n

  1. Click the Printer icon in the Level One menu of the CAMS-ii browser interface.<\/li>\n
  2. From the Report Viewer window of the Document Retrieval Manager, select the Print<\/b> check box next to the documents that you want to print.<\/li>\n
  3. Click Multi-Print<\/b>. A confirmation dialog appears.<\/li>\n
  4. Click OK<\/b>. An Adobe Reader window appears with the documents combined into one PDF document.<\/li>\n
  5. Click the Printer icon located on the toolbar at the top of the Adobe Reader window.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    IMPORTANT:<\/b> Do not print from the Internet Explorer toolbar. Once you close the PDF document that you create with DRM Multi-Print, you cannot re-open it unless you have saved it as described previously.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
