On Thursday, 01/30/2020, we will update your CAMS-ii server with the following bug fixes.
Issue Number: #13668
Issue Description: To delete an existing Teller ID's Default Cash Drawer in Teller
Maintenance once required that the user type 0000 in the Default Cash Drawer text box for
the change to take effect. Now, the you can simply clear the text box for the
change to take effect.
Issue Numbers: #14312, #14576, #14909, #15014, #15123, #15188
Issue Description: A problem with widgets that adversely affected the functions of the
Research Window and iPad for signatures.
Issue Numbers: #15129, #15201, #15202, #15414
Issue Description: Some credit unions experienced a large number of invalid ATM
exceptions that did not need to be cleared.
Updated CAMS-ii Year-End Checklist
We have updated the CAMS-ii Year-End to help you perform the Yearly Balance and Bring Forward (B&BF) in the correct order. For when you perform the BB&F, it clears the previous year's closing financial statements, making them unavailable to you.
Therefore, we strongly advise you to ensure that you create and keep copies of your previous-year financial statements—for 2019 in this case—BEFORE you run the Yearly B&BF.
The attached checklist includes the addition of a warning for Step 7 on the last page, page 6.
