Important! Please Read!

In the last update, 4/18/2019, the Y-Cash Drawer-Ask for Opening Cash, Teller Cash Drawer Indicator option, automatically changed to X-Cash Drawer-Do NOT Ask for Opening Cash from Teller ID Maintenance (Back Office > Standard > Parameters).

However, the Y-Cash Drawer-Ask for Opening Cash option still appears in the Teller Cash Drawer Indicator drop-down list in Teller ID Maintenance. Although the Y option still appears, changing to that option in Teller ID Maintenance will automatically change to X again during batch processing.

Instead, you will not type the opening cash into the Opening Cash text box on login, you must simply verify it.

If the Opening Cash doesn't match, you must change the Opening Cash Amount text box in Teller ID Maintenance.

Please submit any questions regarding this message to the CBS CTT.
