New Member Holds
Some of you have been experiencing issues with holds for new members. An update error filled the Days To Class Member New For Add On Holds Control-Master parameter setting to 8224.
To check whether this anomaly has affected your credit union, go to Back Office > Standard > Parameters > Control-Master. You can change the Days To Class Member New For Add On Holds setting to the number of days that you want for new member holds.

CAMS-ii OFAC Scanning Enhancements Planned for Year-End Release
The CAMS-ii Year-End release*, tentatively labelled version 5.2.0, will include support for the Consolidated Sanctions List, which OFAC has developed to provide all of the non-FinCEN lists in one file.
We will also be adding support for weak aliases in the CAMS-ii version 5.2.0 Release, which will enable the OFAC screening to assist with compliance by better determining possible "hits" based on listed aliases or AKAs.
Also. we have been receiving questions about the current capabilities of the CAMS-ii OFAC Scanning feature. Currently, this feature uses the following lists:
- Specially Designated Nationals (SDN)
- Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC)
- Foreign Sanctions Evaders (FSE)
- Sectoral Sanctions Identifications (SSI)
We will post more information here regarding the Year-End Release as its availability approaches.
*The 2014 Year-End release is tentatively scheduled for early-to-mid-December.
