How to delete a member from the Internet Branching site
On the CAMS-ii Personal Data Maintenance screen, in the Internet Branching Information section, remove the check mark from the Is Member Setup to use Internet Banking? check box. This permanently deletes all Internet Branching transaction history, bill payments, eAlerts, and other member information from your Internet Branching site. This helps insure that all information, on former members or members that have had their identity stolen, is removed from your Internet Branching site.
If a member reopens an account and/or wants to use Internet Branching again, check the Is Member Setup to use Internet Banking? check box in the member’s Personal Data Maintenance. The member’s Internet Branching User ID does not change; however, the member’s Internet Branching password changes. The member also must register for any of the other services (online bill payment, eStatements, eAlerts, and so forth) again.

Microsoft Windows Vistaâ„¢
Commercial Business Systems is testing Microsoft® Windows Vista™, the next generation Microsoft Windows® operating system, for its compatibility with the CAMS-ii environment. Please do not upgrade your CAMS-ii Hosts (servers) or workstations to Windows Vista at this time.
When we finish our compatibility testing and we determine that Windows Vista is CAMS-ii ready, CBS will contact you via the CBS Message Center.
