Managing CAMS-ii Emails and System Performance
CBS strongly recommends that you check your CAMS-ii emails several times a day and delete emails that you no longer need as soon as possible. Keeping too many emails in your CAMS-ii mailbox may adversely affect system performance. Access the CAMS-ii Help, CAMS-ii Mail section for information on deleting CAMS-ii emails.
NOTE: This is separate from Internet emails. Internet emails are not included in CAMS-ii.
To manage your CAMS-ii Mail System, go to the CAMS-ii Email Control parameters (Back Office > Standard > Parameters > Control- Email).

Internet Explorer Configuration
Whenever you:
- Receive a new PC workstation.
- Reload Microsoft Windows
- Upgrade to Internet Explorer version 7
And use a PC workstation to transfer files to and/or from the CAMS-ii Server, you must check and/or modify the Internet Explorer configuration settings. You can find the browser configuration settings in the CAMS-ii Help at CAMS-ii How-To's > Back Office > Configuring Download PCs for Internet Explorer. Print and follow the instructions for the Internet Explorer version that resides on your PC workstation.
When you are attempting a file transfer between the PC workstation and the CAMS-ii Server, and CAMS-ii Error Message #0205 appears on your screen, this is an indicator that there is a problem with the Internet Explorer configuration settings. To remedy this, go to the CAMS-ii Help (CAMS-ii How-To's > Back Office > Configuring Download PCs for Internet Explorer) and retrieve/follow the instructions for the version of Internet Explorer that resides on your PC workstation.
