Confirming Completion of the Year-End Batch Processing
It is important to confirm that your year-end batch processing completes. Inclement weather and power interruptions can disrupt the year-end processing cycle prior to its completion. CBS recommends that you be pro-active and ensure that your CAMS-ii system is ready for the new year when your credit union opens for the first business day of 2008. On January 1st "confirm" the successful completion of the year-end batch processing.

CBS Hours of Operation for the New Year’s Holiday
The CBS hours of operation during the New Year's holiday are as follows:
Monday, December 31st – Open from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 pm (EST) – Extended time for Year-End processing.
Tuesday, January 1st – Closed.
Wednesday, January 2nd – Open at 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. (EST) – Extended time for Year-End processing.
Thursday, January 3rd – Open at 8:00 a.m. (EST) and back to normal hours of operation.
During the time we are closed, all calls to 1-800-759-2267 for support will be forwarded to a CBS associate who will be on standby duty to take your calls.
Historically, the first business day after New Year’s day is one of the busiest days of the year for CBS. Therefore, on Wednesday, January 2nd our customer support team will be fully staffed to respond to your issues and questions as quickly as possible.
