CBS Support will close at 5:30 PM, Eastern Time, Friday, August 31, 2012 for the Labor Day holiday.

CBS Support will re-open at 8:00 AM, Eastern Time, Tuesday, September 4, 2012.

After-hours Support will be in effect in the meantime and can be contacted by calling the normal CBS Support number.

Security Token Warning

Some credit unions have inquired about a NCUA-originated security warning, Risk Alert 11-Risk-01, concerning security tokens.

CBS does not use these tokens to secure CAMS-ii and its features.
