New Monthly Members Report (CU$MEMBERS)
The June 2021 quarter-end batch processing activated a new members report, Monthly Members Report (CU$MEMBERS). You should use this new report to gather information and totals about your new members, closed members, and so forth.
- This new report provides summary information and detail information about the membership:
- Number of members closed during the designated month
- Number of new members during the designated month
- Number of members re-opened during the designated month
- Total number of members as of the end of the designated month.
For the June 2021 quarter-end, the designated month was June 2021, meaning that the program compared member information as it existed at the end of June 2021 back to member information as it was at the end of May 2021 for the first report. By contrasting these two months, the program produces the Monthly Members Report.
Going forward, this Monthly Members Report will be produced automatically at each month-end, quarter-end, and year-end batch processing cycle.
IMPORTANT: The membership count, social security count, and business count information that currently appears on the Account Summary Recap Listing report will disappear this month (July). Therefore, it is important that you now retrieve all such information from the new Monthly Members Report from now on.

CAMS-ii version 5.5.3 Release
This weekend we will be updating your CAMS-ii server with a new CAMS-ii Release, version 5.5.3.
It will appear on your CAMS-ii workstation when you log in Monday, June 28, 2021.

This release contains a new membership report, Monthly Members Report (CU$MEMBERS).
Because this report requires two end-of-month batch processing cycles to obtain
the necessary data for some of its calculations, it isn't available until after the
June 2021 end-of-quarter batch processing.
